I took the Microsoft Copilot training because it was a mandate and I was so annoyed about it. But three hours later I was showing my whole team how to automate their stupid Excel reports. I'm not a tech person at all I struggle with pivot tables. But
Manish Srivastava the trainer was so patient. He made us all open our laptops and do it live step by step. Now I write prompts like please summarize this data and flag any anomalies and it just works. My month end close used to take two days now it takes four hours. My husband thinks I got a promotion but really I just learned how to talk to AI. That Manish guy knows his stuff.

We booked the murder mystery event for our annual offsite and I was worried
because we have a lot of introverts and senior people who hate participating. But
within ten minutes everyone had a character and a motive and people were accusing
each other of poisoning the champagne. Our CFO who never laughs was pretending
to be a shady casino owner and went all in. The best part was the reveal where
Gotezu tied the clues back to real workplace communication issues like how we hide
information and make assumptions. People talked about that murder mystery for
months Not just fun but actually useful.

The race car building activity sounded like the dumbest thing ever. PVC pipes
cardboard wheels duct tape our car looked like a drunk elephant designed it. But
here is the thing our senior guy who never listens to anyone actually took directions
from a junior because she figured out the axle mechanism. When our car rolled
across the finish line without falling apart we all screemed like kids. The debrief after
where Gotezu tied it back to our actual work projects was spot on. I still think about
that day whenever we have a tough deadline. Best team building session Ive ever
been forced to attend.

Outbound training taught me more about my colleagues than a year of sitting next to them, no joke.
